(Evodrinks ORIGINAL)
You can order our drinks per tray (=24 cans). If you wish to order larger quantities, please contact our service team. The smallest possible quantity for our beverage cans is 24 pieces.

(PRIVATE-LABELING)
You can order our drinks in (trays of 24) up to 2,880 pieces (1 pallet). The minimum order quantity is 1,000 cans (42 trays). If you wish to order larger quantities, please contact our service team.

If you would like to reorder private label tins, please simply create a new order with the desired items and the desired quantity. In the note area please write with the text tool: "same design as order #xxxx". Then we will take over the design of this order.

The classic payment method. Please transfer directly to our bank account: This will be displayed in the Checkout & Customer Area and in your confirmation mail.

We ship exclusively in high-quality shipping cartons specially developed for us. These sturdy cartons each contain 1 tray=24 cans or 1/2 tray=12 cans) - so your beverage cans are well protected during transport.

*over 768 tins (32 trays) we send your order by forwarding agency. For transports to Europe or Switzerland please ask for daily updated freight prices. After your order has been placed, we will add your current freight price to your order.

**The transport costs to Switzerland include the import customs clearance (EZA) up to 1.000,00 € value of goods, above that the ABD creation. For goods value over 5.000,00 € the price includes the EUR-1 creation.

Delivery of Evodrinks ORIGINAL products:
Our delivery time is 1-2 working days (Monday to Friday) and begins on the working day on which your order and payment reaches us by 12 noon. Orders received after this date will be delivered one business day later.

 

Supply of PRIVATE-LABELING products:
Our delivery time is 8 working days (Monday to Friday) and begins on the working day on which we receive your print-ready label template and payment by 12 noon. 

To meet the delivery time* (on working days from Monday to Friday), you must meet the data acceptance deadline of the order. Our data acceptance period is until 12:00 o'clock.
Orders received after the data acceptance deadline will be delivered one working day later.

The following points must be observed before the data acceptance deadline so that we can ensure our stated delivery time*.

1. create print data

So that we can start printing your label, please upload your printable data - via data upload in the customizer, or send it to: labeling@evodrinks.com

2. data check is OK ???

After data receipt, our data check checks your print file for certain criteria. If your print data does not meet our specifications, printing is unfortunately not possible. We will inform you immediately via the e-mail address stored in your customer account. Afterwards you adapt your print file according to our specifications and send us the new print file to the e-mail address labeling@evodrinks.com. The delivery time only starts after a new check and approval.

3. full payment of your order

Our production starts only after receipt of payment of the complete order amount including VAT. PayPal, and KLARNA (Immediately) payments are confirmed 5 minutes later at the latest.

Our delivery period begins after receipt of the printable data or after approval for printing within our data acceptance period and full payment of the order amount (including sales tax).

HERMES delivers to all German islands up to 3 working days delayed.

*Delivery times depend on several production processes, in rare exceptional cases delivery times may be delayed. Should this case occur, we will inform you in time. We cannot guarantee the transport safety of our delivery service.

Packing stations and post boxes are excluded from the delivery area.

Shipping service provider:

You can check the route of your package online via Hermes shipment tracking view. You will receive your tracking number in the e-mail "Your order has been completed" after the package is prepared for shipment. You can also view the tracking ID in your customer account.

In case of forwarding orders we will inform you by e-mail about the date of receipt.

The change of delivery and sender addresses is basically possible. You can change this in your customer area, or contact our service team via E-Mail in connection.

In principle, delivery on Saturdays is possible.

Color mode
Our designers work with the RGB color mode. This is the color mode that every image you photograph yourself has, so you do not have to do anything. However, we print in CMYK color mode. This means that your print data is automatically converted into this color space. In individual cases, this may result in color deviations and/or color distortions. This is no reason for complaint. Please also note that the representation of colors on screen does not necessarily lead to the same results as our professional offset or digital printing. The colors of your pictures can be different in individual cases.

Upload pictures or photos from your computer, cell phone or Facebook account

When uploading your images, please make sure that both resolution and size are suitable for the desired purpose. For optimal display, the image resolution should ideally be 300 dpi at 1:1 format (original size) so that your image does not become pixelated. Please also note that the maximum uploadable file size should not exceed 5 MB.

Ideally you can also send a PDF file (only in paths / vectors). This will then be fitted to the label by our team.

(ATTENTION: We only produce after print approval by mail confirmation from YOU ;-)

 

Copyright
By uploading your data, you confirm that you are in full possession of the rights of reproduction and duplication. Furthermore you assure that this data does not violate the rights of third parties or violate other regulations. You further confirm our AGBs to have read completely and accept these regulations.

 

Confirmation of your layout
By continuing the order, you confirm that the spelling, content and layout are correct. You are aware that your order will be printed as it appears on the screen and that you cannot make any changes once the order is completed. By clicking on "To order" you have read these instructions and explicitly confirm the design.

 

Right of revocation
The legal right of revocation does not apply to the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications (e.g. beverage cans with your design). For non-personalized products you as a consumer have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details on the right of withdrawal can be found in our AGBs.

For our beverage cans we use half-body labels made of white, permanently adhesive PP film. We additionally protect the label with silicone-containing gloss varnish.

Our print image and the colors are brilliant and in best photo quality. Thanks to high color saturation and lifelike color shades, the colors are crisp and bright. We print using the digital offset process. Regular calibration ensures a stable, clean print image. Within a print production the print image is always consistent. However, there may be small color deviations in a subsequent print run, which are within the tolerance range.

With us you acquire individualized products, which are manufactured according to your specifications, especially for you. Therefore a return is only possible within the framework of our general terms and conditions. (AGB) möglich.

If your shipment is damaged during transport, or if it has not yet arrived or has only partially arrived - please contact our service team. We will take care of a suitable solution as soon as possible.
